I train a form of hatha yoga with a sihk named Gurmukh in Hollywood.My comment is just that she has helped me unbelievably with my chakra healings and my whole outlook on life has changed.My chronic fatique has gone and my lust for life is immeasurable.I thank her Kundalini yoga which is a beautiful ancient science that works on breathing techniques,physical postures etc.Im a christian and just love to understand and have compassion for many different "walks of life". To me life is definately not "black or white".Learn to truelly live !!!!!!
