No silly, the photo of the two old folks in Norm's book does not say that the two people in it are the angels. Norm is saying that the 2 arching bolts of light also present in that photo are the angel man and woman or rather the masculine and feminine vortices that combine to structure the creation and which have their source in the Christ Light.
Norm has said he received this slightly different version of Kriya directly from Jesus Christ and that Babaji and Master both approve of it as a valid technique for God-realization. Ive read how the technique is done and it is not all dissimilar to the Kriya of SRF save for a few minor differences. The performance of kechari is said to enhance both Kriya and the Solar Logos Technique but apparently the Solar Logos Technique bypasses the need for kechari as a definite requisite at some point. Norm said that he felt he had gone so far with Kriya not only because of Master's blessings and his own devoted practice over many years, but also because he was able to perform kechari and practice his Kriya that way (traditionally the full or complete way). Kechari is so useful because it enables you to rapidly increase the effficiency and potency of each Kriya and to excite the spiritual eye to manifest more quickly and vividly in meditation. Norm obviously felt that people with Kriya needed the help of kechari but since this was impossible for most of them to achieve easily (this is the same problem Yoganandaji tackled too mind you), Norm apparently received the slightly altered version of the technique from his meditations wherein Christ came and imparted to him the knowledge.
About all this hullaballoo regarding Norm and his so-called strange experiences with UFO's etc. Some people read the word UFO and immediately draw a biased conclusion in their heads that the man is a crackpot simply because he happens to share his experiences with highly evolved brothers and sisters who just happen to come from another planet.
If rishis of old designed flying vehicles that flew solely by the power of mantra, is it not too difficult to conceive that there may be some very highly evolved beings, rishis in their own right, who could make starships that cross vast distances by transcending physical dimensions? I mean yogis can materialize and dematerialize their bodies at will and travel at the speed of thought. Whats to say they cant develop technology that does the same to matter?
What I do find peculiar is so many people's aversion to and putting down of Norman Paulsen who is soul reflecting great love of God and people after a lifetime of dedicated sadhana and guidance and approval of Master?
People gotta develop their intuition more and then they can come to know the sincerity and truth behind a man's words without experiencing the gnawing doubts that assail an unawakened consciousness.
Go see Norm, spend some time with him and make up your own mind. You will most likely come away with a deeper appreciation of the Kriya you have already been given, not initiated into another technique. I tell you truly, apart from some very practical and minor differences, the Solar Logos Technique and the Kriya of SRF ARE NOT DIFFERENT - both involve the taking of the cosmic breath, a practice so ancient and with so many ramifications that no single way can be said to be the best. Do you understand?
