I can confirm from other sources Bill's statements about the allegations of womanising made against Yogananda. To the best of my knowledge Dhirananda did not make these statements publically, and in fact generally refused to speak about Yogananda after their split. The court case which Bill referred to was over an $8,000 promisary note which Yogananda had given Dhirananda when he left the organisation. Yogananda had left America when the case was heard in 1935.
Whether SRF should be accused of "covering up" these matters is debatable. They simply do not mention them, which may well be the best course of action given the lack of evidence and the time that has elapsed.
