"Kirpal Singh teaches that these Gods (of the Hindus) are agents of the negative power. It is in his and all teachers of Sant Mats teachings. Read Sar Bachan. I am telling you the truth about this (Sant Mat teachings). Their belief is that you are being misled by these entities and the ONE behind them.
If you investigate different paths deeply you will find that it is a quagmire of opposing beliefs, and not as you describe as having no conflicts."
Kirpal Singh appears to have been a very highly evolved man. Just how highly evolved? Who knows? Until someone raises their consciousness and becomes one with the consciousness directing the forces of creation, one may be very highly evolved but still not get everything right. Hence the importance for individual realization for all men and women. We can't rely totally on what another tells us, no matter who we think he or she is. We have to verify it ourselves through our own experience.
When people leave this life, then they see reality for what it is and then they can see what they got right and what they did not, and what they still need to work on if they are bound to return by either free choice or karma.
In other words, first, what Kirpal Singh believed while he was here in the physical, and what his followers now profess, may not be exactly the same; and second, what he believed while he was here and what he knows now may not be exactly the same. Everyone continues to grow. It is the nature of the universe. Given the choice, I would listen to what he has to say now, not hold him to what he thought the deal was before he saw a bigger picture.
Also, sometimes the very words we use are the problem. Different understandings and translations can make conflicts appear when, really, there are none. This whole world would be a lot beter off if we all looked for what was the same about everyone, instead of fearing what was different about everyone, don't you think?
