a) You are wrong to suggest its "mean spirited" to ask questions about a public figure whose living arrangements gives the APPEARANCE OF opulence. It is a very healthy and good practice for people to always ask such questions. It would be plain stupid to NOT constantly ask vigilant questions of all public figures, to protect us from exploit. I am a very loyal disciple of SRF.

b) You are factually wrong in saying that shes known "hardship and plain living" such as any single mother or poor person in daily misery in the society all around us knows every day. She has been entirely provided for by her parents family as a child, then by SRF, her whole life, with no exceptions. The point of this comment is not about her, but rather about your wild, unfounded misstatement.

c) You again are factually wrong when you say she lived there "Now, towards the end of her life..." Actually, (if reports are true) she has lived there for 33 years. Please be more careful in respecting facts when you make statements. If facts are not certain please be more careful in your statements to respect objectivity. Otherwise you risk giving an unfortunate misimpression that you are a rabid apologist running an agenda.

d) Did you ever see that video of Mother Theresa's nuns as they started up a new center in the USA, where the nun tells the maintenance guy to rip out the hot water heater because the nuns won't need it? Will you please tell us what you think Mother Theresa wouldve done with a million dollar house donated to her cause? Please don't tell us Mother Theresa would have approved spending a million dollars of her organization's money (irrelevant as to whether the source is churchgoers' offerings, proceeds from stock or real estate investments or bequeathals, or whatever other source) to buy another million dollar house next door!

e) Sorry, but your papal infallibility attitude belongs to a bygone yuga, and simply wont fly now. It doesnt make it right simply because Daya does it. Contrary to the politically correct attitude that shes a perfect being, actually shes no more a god than any of us. The plain fact in front of your face is, she lives on our charity, shes basks in luxurious comfort in Sierra Madre, just over the border from exclusive Arcadia. Its a FACT. Theres nothing mean spirited about it at all.

f) Well watch for your answer to d above.
