I have been attempting to research the history of Elvis fabric. This what I know. Shamash and Sons manufactured Elvis fabric some of which was sold at Hancock Fabrics stores. EPE stopped sale of fabrics with Elvis in the design in the late 90's. This fabric is unique and hard to find.
This is what I don't know. How many designs were there and what were they? Did any other fabric manufacturers produce Elvis fabric?
"We no longer produce this fabric" was the response from Shamash and Sons. I am still waiting on replies from EPE and Hancock Fabrics. Any information or suggestions would be welcome.
