Flying so high seems foolish, but though he has no Flight experience, he knows exactly what Kilana is up to by instinct alone. Failure to follow would mean the new Brown would catch her, and that would mean disaster... The fine droplets of water sting his eyes as he lets the piercing emerald light ahead of him, cutting through the mist, become his guide and inspire his singing.
