Learn something new every day. Saw the 17 min speech and was disappointed like almost everyone else. What was the point? We are not out of Iraq. As for the talons and claws, I was more concerned with the President's words.

What I would appreciate, is someone in the staff, perhaps one of the many Marines stationed around the WH, is to take these Politico Presidents aside and teach them how to properly salute! It's a matter of respect for the Office. They and their party members, make a point of noting the President is Commander in Chief. So do the simplest note of protocol and salute as Commander in Chief, instead of a picnic production at Camp David.
