Hi,
I know Nui Dat is in the approximate area of Vung Tau. There was an Aussie Base Camp that was nearly overun on more then one occasion at that location. The 135th AHC a joint Aussie/ USA Aviation Co. worked out of there as well. Another good site for Cav Aviation is "Silver Wings of The Cav" They'd be more then happy to help.
