Agent Orange along with many other pesticides, herbicides in this case, were used on Guam starting in 1944. I have the pictures of the Agent Orange and others herbs on Guam.
I have the well data that shows AO along with silvex(silvex is AO's evil twin, banned at the same time for the same reasons, 2,3,7,8,TCDD dioxin) in the drinking water including dioxin. Drift couldn't have caused the amounts in the drinking water. Many of these substances are still in the aquifer and the lake. The first year tested for silvex,1983, it was high on my base. AO is present in the test but not in high amounts. The testing though was many years after the use stopped.
Dioxin is the highest in the world in soil on Andersen AFB 19,000ppm. Most likely due to the disposal of the herbs or dioxin compounds like Pcb's. It was a burning pond. Many of those on Guam. In those days all the toxics were burned or dumped that weren't used.
Too much material to go over in this space.
Contact me and all the info I have is yours. Noone has won their case for AO(Dioxin) exposure as of yet. Many cases are now before the DVA. I have a lawyer and he says I have proven my case. By VA law I know I have proven it. But the VA doesn't go by the law.
