Howdy Crystal;

We can't help unless we the know the units (preferably down to the company level) of your uncle, Otis Wiley, and your grandfather, Dan Kenworthy, Jr., were in and preferably when they were in them (approximately). Just tossing a name out is like trying to win the lottery. Here's what you need to do: check out how to request military records from the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) at http://www.archives.gov/veterans/military-service-records/get-service-records.html . Since your Uncle Otis appears to be still alive, only he can request a copy of his Marine Corps personnel file. Since your Grandfather Dan is deceased, his records may be obtained by a "next-of-kin". NARA defines a next-of-kin to be an remarried spouse, father, mother, brother, sister, son or daughter of the deceased veteran. Note: exceptions can be made for other relatives if all of the above are deceased.

The personnel files will reveal which Marine Corps units these two men were in and when they were in them. After you get that information, then get back to us and we'll be happy to get you in touch with the appropriate units if that's possible.
