Subject: Locating a WW" Sergeant called Mike

Please can you help.
I am trying to locate a WW2 Sergeant,he came from Texas and was based in the UK in South Wales in the 28th Infantry Div in 1944, sadly I only have his Christian name it was Mike, possibly he went over on D Day 1944
He had a lady friend in Cardiff who lived at 27 Mercia Road, Tremorfa,
Cardiff in 1944, this relationship resulted in the birth of a boy in1945.
The boy, now 61 years old never knew his father, and he is trying to find his
father or living relatives.
I know this information is very limited, but if there is any way that you can help it would be greatly appreciated, even if you can suggest another way to locate
the Sergeant called Mike, possibly any WW2 reunions in Texas that I could post a message on.I know there is only a slight possibility of a result, but I must try.
Best Wishes Regards Ken Jenkins in the UK
