If you have not found out how to obtain your Medical records, we obtained them through the 9th District of GA, (Tom Graves), Congress of the United States of House of Representatives.

Check your representative out and ask for the Medical records. They will assist you involving the National Personnel Records Center. There is a form he will send yo to fill out and return for an official inquiry.
