Is this between the eye and the beak?--(right in front of
the eye?)
There is a hollow sinus there that can become full of
hard pus
A veterinarion may prescribe an antibiotic such as Baytril
for this and might lance and remove the blockage.

======
You are welcome. I exist to serve my Creator by helping His
most helpless creatures.
Several years ago there was a peacock that I had sold to a
friend who had had his sinuses full of hard yellow stuff.
I brought him home with me and lanced the skin over the
sinuses trying to remove the mess. But there was no real
progress in treatment until after a poultry lab doctor
sent me some Baytril for this peacock. Without the
medicine the stuff stuck there tightly but after medication
it was possible to get the sinus cleaned out so that it
stayed clean and the the skin that I had lanced healed.
And I was happy to have this task completed so that the
peacock could go back where he belonged.
======
Some years ago there was a large female turkey that had
fluid in her sinuses but i can not remember the name of the
organism that caused it. (getting old) It was treated with
a solution that smelled like iodine but not full strength.

PLEASE TELL ME THE REST OF THE STORY AS SOON AS YOU CAN
