Neverland was a hand raised pet. His behavior was unusual
for even an aggressive peacock. He was at least five years
old when he first flew at me with his spurs but I knew
that this would happen for a year before it did. But, NO,
he did NOT attack all the time and had not attacked me any
in his last days.
Midnight attacked me when he was only a year and a half old
and remains mean in his old age. He will be 19 years old in
August.
I show my hands, looking ready to grab, to bad peacocks.
This usually causes them to back off because they remember
having been grabbed
