A guys calls(accidents everywhere, phones ringing off hook)
last Friday night @ 1700 and starts reciting the Constitution word for word. When I finally get a word in
I ask what the Constitution has to do with his phone call.
He continues ranting & raving to the point I hung up. Of
course, you know he's gonna call back and he starts all over
again, click & again, etc..(he was trying to buy a gun and
apparently was a REJECT like someone else we know) if only
I'd been a little quicker & thought to ask his name. Hey
Bill, was that you ?
