Our highly trained investigators here at Pinkerton Detective Agency have completed the first part of our assignment per your request. Agents have contact police agencies in the following cities in reference to your query:

As a result of this query, it was determined that NONE of the agencies had ever heard of the subject in question with the exception of Groton. At that agency, our specially designed telecommunicator detected a heavy sigh at the point of mentioning the subject's name. Currently, there is no record of subject being a police officer in any Connecticut town.

In the next week, our agents will continue to query city agencies from M to Z as well as each county.
