Subject: Part 1 - 101 Reasons BP was NEVER a cop

>>"We've got an A/K/A warrant out for you"
Sorry, Mr. Bill, there is no such thing. Of course, maybe in your retirement, you simply forgot that. But gee, with the j.D. thing goin' on, how could you? I mean, that's like the police saying to some judge "hey, just sign all these search warrants and we'll fill in the blanks when we find a place we like". Yup, Bill, it's pretty apparent that you have a fine and thorough understanding of the American judicial system.

>>"And you get a free trip to Florida"
Oh, Bill, for what, harassment? First of all, in Florida, harassment is a misdemeanor. You remember those, don't you? Every police officer knows misdemeanors aren't extraditable. And especially with the j.D. thing goin' on, you should know that.

>>"where all feleons are extradited!"
Bill, really, EVERY police officer in the world knows how to spell felon. It's like not being able to spell your own mother's name.

>>"I've spoken to open sessions of legistalture, sto Governors, Senators, Congressmen, Chiefs of Police"
Bill, talking to them while they are on CNN doesn't count

>>"with no ID, phony name, etc! (which is a crime , anywhere)!"
Okay, Bill, another example of your lack of knowledge of law enforcement and the law. This isn't Nazi Germany or Communist Russia. It is not required that ANY person carry ID in the US. Now, if a REAL police officer stops a person and asks for identification or a name and the person issues a fake ID or name, THEN that person is guilty of criminal impersonation. Now I am just totally shocked that a man of your qualifications wouldn't know that. I simply can't believe that a lowly sergeant like me, without a j.D. , would have to brief you on the law. You see, you aren't a real cop, never were and surely aren't now. So I could tell you ANYTHING I wanted as far my name goes and, unless I am attempting to seek money through a loan, I am guilty of nothing.

>>"an illegally obtained photo"
Ahh, remember what I said about people taking photographs of you? Once again, a big old j.D. and retired cop like you shouldn't have a problem understanding that taking your picture isn't illegal. Now, if I had crept up to your bedroom window and taken a picture through the blinds, then maybe I'd be guilty of something.

>>"I jsut got off the line from Acting Chief Doyle and thats the last and fianl word!"
Do you mean he told you to never call him again? Now how's that for a fellow LT?

>>"there was no "formal" municipal police academy in CT"
Oh, come on, you mean that Alabama had them long before Connecticut? Go ahead, Mr. Fake LT, you stick with that story.

>>"You won't find me in too many data bases"
Ahh, yes, Mr. "Real" LT, even a patrolman would know that when you begin your law enforcement career BEFORE certification, the state grandfather's you into the data base. Sorry, just one more in the long list of things pointing out that you NEVER WERE a cop.

>>"rumors of "threats" made by me"
Now, any person whom has received a j.D. would know that "paper trails" left by a person who publicly threatens others isn't exactly a "rumor". Heck, all the prosecutor has to do is pull up this little immature board of yours.

>>"Two Cleveland Area men found to be defrauding"
Gee, you actually said this? And gave their names out? Wow, I'd have thought somebody with a j.D. and ALL that law enforcement experience would fully understand the civil ramifications of slander.

>>"I'll put your fucking dentist into a higher tax bracket"
I guess in the imaginary law school you went to and the imaginary police dept you worked for, this is simply a "rumor"

>>"hate, harrass, stalk, ridicule, alarm and cause distress"
Well, Mr. Retired LT, let's address these one by one: Causing hate is not a crime or you'd be facing serial offender trials. You have caused more people to hate you just on your idiocy and lunacy. Nobody needed to help you in that arena. Ridicule? Same answer. Harass, stalk? Here's what the FL statutes say about that:

784.048 Stalking; definitions; penalties.--
(2) Any person who willfully, maliciously, and repeatedly follows or harasses another person commits the offense of stalking, a misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.

Now exactly where was it that you were followed and harassed? Oh, yea, I forgot. Because you read e mail from people that supposedly "alarm you"? Because you put up a public forum that rants about people you don't like? Oh, I'm sure the judge will be impressed that you have continued to try posting your filth on another board, even though they've asked you more than a dozen times to stop. Yes, I can see, Mr. Juris Doctorate, where you've been harassed.

>>I'm going to Cleveland, (actually Eastlake) to confront these Coward Hatemongers"
Oh, and on to Alarm and Distress. Yes, you have been so alarmed and distressed over this whole situation that you actually publicly announced that you were going to go meet these "harassers" in Ohio. Yeah, I can see the DA right now filing charges.

You see a REAL retired police officer, especially the great administrator that you were, would recognize that the components of a crime do not exist. Sorry Mr. "I'm so stupid that I can't even impersonate" Parks, but it's painfully obvious that you are nothing but a liar.

Oh wait, there's more.
