All that is true but the trouble is, we can't have these all-powerful creaturese running rampant throughout CM. Sure vampires (or vamp<i>y</i>res if we're being modern) are how you make them but you could argue the same for absolutely any mythical creature.

Whether it's in the rules or not, it's frankly not fair what some of the vampires do. They need to be either curbed in the extent of their powers or simply restricted to the Oddballs section where they can wreak whatever havoc Ram-neu-Zak lets them. The point is, this is primarily a horse RPG and the Oddballs are there as a privilege, not a right. It's not ok for any type of creature to run around doing whatever they like to those who are not allowed to have (many) magical powers and who are, in all honesty, a whole lot weaker than them. So if this doesn't stop and I keep hearing complaints about any Oddballs using the extra powers we kindly and leniently allow them to have on those who can do nothing to prevent it, then I will simply have to discuss it with Ashley and alter the rules accordingly.
