Is the Nazis comment false? Just because Fieger says it is in a public letter doesn't make it false. Why isn't anyone checking the Herald-Tribune records? Jennifer Sullivan reported in an article on 4/2 that "He called the jurors "Nazis" and "creeps" in an interview reported in the Herald-Tribune." I cut 'n pasted that from the saved version of the 4/2 article. If it was reported in the H/T--it seems like someone would have it? I don't understand why Jennifer would even dare put it in her article if it was never said. Wouldn't that open her up to some sort of liability? Does anyone have old newspapers? If he said it, some reporter--some where--must have written it down. I don't get why no one is confirming, or denying it... And how did the judge think to make that up--if he didn't say it? I mean, call them a'holes or something else, but why Nazis?
