 THe judge allowed perjured testimony to stand, the judge allowed the tape of Nancy's voice accusing Ralf of threatening her, and not allowing rebuttal evidence to refute the allegations. The tape was more prejudicial than probative because there was nothing to substanciate her allegations. The judge added on misdomeaner charges that should have been addressed seperately, and violated Ralf's right to a speedy trial on those charges. there should of been a change of venue for the trial due to adverse pre-trial publicity, especially after one jury had to be dismissed because of said publicity. Those are just some of the grounds in the brief that was filed by Ralf's attorney Judith Ellis.
