 Ralf's appelate attorney Judith Ellis has asked for and received a 20 day extension on filling her brief. She will file the second week in Feb. I'm sure that the prosecution will also ask for an extension, so Ralf and I are expecting that the motion will go before the appelate court by the end of April. That still leaves plenty of time for a trial this summer or early fall. I'll post updates as I have information.
