You know, intelligence, as in IQ, doesn't really make a person 'smart'. 'Book smart' maybe, but the real test of intelligence is 'common sense smart'. Without common sense it doesn't matter how many degrees a person has, how high their IQ, or how many books they may have read. In my opinion a person with good common sense is more intelligent than one with only 'book smarts'.

No degree in Psychology can assure a person will not make mistakes or be less inclined to be misled, it has happened many times.

In my opinion the Jerry Springer show escapade was just that, an escapade to bring attention to themselves and try to embarrass Nancy. I don't personally know the characters of Ralf, Nancy, and Eleanor but I will say in my opinion that anyone who would go on a show like Jerry Springer has some kind of character flaw. That said I will also say that no matter what kind of person Nancy may have been she didn't deserve to die.
