For those of you that were unfamiliar with the PK Council I will explain.
The PK Council was a Council consisting of 8 High Council members and 40 Council members.
Our purpose was to was to bring looting in the PK scene down to a standstill. Which we did till recently. For the Past 2-3 Months PKin on Morningthaw has been, for the most part, safe from looting. We got to enjoy being a PK with about 100-200 red dots online at any givin time, because people were not too concerned about getting looted.
Well that time has come to an end. Be very very cautious as to who you fight when your red. If you die expect to be looted.
I STRONGLY STRONGLY suggest if you do go PK,and you do make a kill. DONT LOOT. If you do it to the wrong person ie Blood Killer, Vortec, Its all Good, Red Rabbit, Prof. X they WILL get you back, they will camp the npk altar till they have revenge.
I also suggest if you plan on going PK, bring a buddy. Most people PKing right now have backup.
