Yes, I think the Major is flexible enough to potentially consider negotiations - but she's probably also flexible enough to turn around and sic the Feds on us. I think negotiations of this sort would be better started via communication, and not face-to-face... Or at least under some sort of temporary truce or on neutral ground, unless you have a desire to take up residence in the jail wing of the Fed hall. Even then she seems like the type that could be misleading, all eager about it until we fall for the act and make a potentially crucial mistake, which could be taken advantage of and lead to perhaps destructive results.
