Eyes flick to Raven as the girl impatiently tugs at her weapon. "If you don't," she replies through gritted teeth, "Remove your hands from my gun, we'll soon see what you'll say at gunpoint." She lowers the weapon, motioning for a chair. She approaches a few paces further, until she can look the stranger in the eyes, locking gazes. "You've won.... for now. As Raven commented, you make good speeches, and you are certainly patriotic. Now, what I want you to do is sit. You're here, you might as well take part in the discussion, as we've made it perfectly clear that, if you were a Fed spy, you'd never make it home." Her eyes narrow slightly before returning to their normal state, though lines of anger are still present about her face. "Do me one favor, though," she continues, gaze still locked, "Look me in the face when I talk to you. Your eyes will tell."

She turns once more to the company, holstering her gun, though she still gave Raven the occasional dagger glance. "I'm glad this is settled." she says, a forced smile on her face. "But no more uninvited guests. I'll be tempted to shoot the next one of you who tries. And, Raven," she growls, turning her attention once more, "Don't do that again." She finishes, turning back to the company. "Where were we?" she asks.

(ooc: Sorry if Meridian has been annoying lately, no personal offense meant to anyone. She is sort of a work-a-holic, and takes her job very seriously. She is currently seriously pissed off. Sorry Carter, if she is mean to you, but she doesn't appreciate 'lurkers'. Sorry Raven, if she is mean to you too, she is very unhappy about current circumstances. I hope y'all will understand....)
