Emerging from the hole once more at the sound of the calls.
"What do you think I am doing?" her eyes narrow slightly
"If Tsunami is worried about traitors again, tell her to get off Carter's case. He has a fractured arm, a nasty head wound and god knows how many other injuries. Even if he was a spy, which I doubt, he is not in the condition to go ..."

Her sentence trails off as she sees the scene before her.
"What the he*l to you think you are doing???" she yells in disbeliefe as she watches Tenachi shoot Viper in the leg. Jogging forward, she forces the phaser in the other direction.

"You have no authority to kill him! He is in our custody and is now a prisoner, his fate is to be decided by the president. Not you!"

Striding forward, she patts his clothes, searching for weapons and disarms him, kicking the guns out of reach.

"There. Now he is disarmed AND injured. Are you going to shoot him now?" She glares at the others, unholstering her own gun and pushes him twoard a spare ATV.
"He is a prisoner until further notice. Get him to the Colony Square, and secure him until someone with authority decides his fate."
