We are not killing people in moonglow unless we have there permission. And alough our laws call for execution we will not do so unless you pick it over paying the fine.

as just killing you would be a breach of the TOW that bmg adhear to. Alough i'd like to think that in a rp sens you would be willing to do the right thing, and we also give you the option of fihgting for passage, depending no who stops you.

These rules are rp and designed to create some action as it's been a bit quite on the ORPA front for a bit now. We aren't trying to get enemies, we are just doing what we feel is just from our guilds viewpoint. and i welcome an attack on moonglow.
