OSI continues to say that they are going to make a change to the auto refresh currently on houses. Many people have used the co-owner trick to be able to have multiple houses on one or few accounts. If and when the auto refresh is removed, there will be a large amount of houses go into idoc or go up for sale at a cheap price. It would be beneficial to be prepared for this.
