[ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] Date Posted: 12:27:23 11/14/06 Tue ¡ Happy Birthday Andrea ¡ Today, November 15th, is Miss Earth Argentina´s 20th birthday and she will celebrate it with just a hundred girls from around the world at a paradise like The Philipines ¡ Undoubtedly, this will be one of the most unforgetable moments of her life !!!! From Tucumán, we wish you the best at this contest. Some pictures of Andrea visiting her land before she left to The Philipines. Above, we can see Andrea showing the beauty of the valleys in Tucumán. In this picture we can see her at an Indian museum where she looks at some tapestries made of wool of llamas and painted with the colours of natural sources of the land. We can also see Andrea wearing a jacket made of wool of llama with an indian design. Here we can can see Andrea with the ¨ Pachamama¨ (Mother Land, in indian language). The Pachamama is teh oldest woman at the valleys and she is honored by people. Andrea recibes a tapestry (an unique simple) from the city Mayor of Tafí del Valle, which will be taken to The Philipines by Andrea as the Auction gift. During her visit to The Valleys, Andrea shared an official ceremony with the Social Action Minister of the country Alicia Kirchner, Mr. President Néstor Kirchner´s sister. At the same event she shared a visit to a craft show with the first Lady of aour province, Mrs. Beatriz de Alperovich. Andrea´s sweetness and politeness shown in this picture where she shared a visit to a souvenir shop with a handicapped boy. Beautiful picture of our queen near two ¨ llamas ¨. Animals from the place.
