Peering at her surroundings, she noticed the room was simple, yet cozy. No time to loll at the room, you have to leave! This is a stranger's house, and like she said, the girl is an enchantress.! The woman, who was actually the princess of a distant land called Sarain, argued with herself. You still are a noble, and you know that you must repay the lady for her kindness she showed toward you! Getting up, Thayet found her oak staff in the corner. "Good. She brought you in. I hate it when people leave their weapons lying around. As my mother said, 'Treat a weapon good, and it shall serve you the same way.'" She walked back to the bed, and sat down. Crimson fire blazed in her palm, and then formed into a small oaken box. She opened it up, and sorted through her belongings. When she found what she was looking for, Thaet closed the box and sent it away. She unfolded the red silk hankercheif imbroided with gold patterns. It used to be her mother's. Holding it close, Thayet's mind flooded with memories of the beautiful lady. She wept tears of sorrow, there; on a stranger's guest bed, in an unknown land, far, far, from home.
