Subject: Braking problem - dealer can't fix it

My problem with my 1995 V6 Firebird is that every now and then when I press the brake I lose brake pressure, some braking ability, plus the traction control light comes on for no apparent reason. Also I hear the sound of a piece of metal rubbing against something. This happens when I am driving at slow speeds. The dealer was not able to find anything wrong. Does anyone know how to fix such a problem?
