Subject: Never had this problem before!

I have a 69 GTO 400 in a 76 Bird.Oil has started comeing up the dipstick tube.PCV working good.What am I dealing with here? A broken ring maybe? Im going to do a comp test in the next couple of days. Anybody been through this one before.Any advice appreciated.
