well... where to begin. first of all you will most likley need new motor mounts. the transmission bellhousing bolt pattern may be different so that may need to be changed. to run the FI you will need the computer, i'm not sute whether or not the computer will be the same for a V8 as it is for a V6, but it might be. if you have a manual trans, it wont last very long if your 350 makes any kind of power. the computer thing is a little out of my leauge, so i can't tell you much about that. thirdgen.org has a message board that deals especially with the UCU found on all 82-92 f-bodies. if you need any other help feel free to e-mail me
