She swishes her tail harshly, but says nothing. Her ears pin when he assumes she'll "be like Min was", knowing full-well what he was implying. She didn't mean to say she would not care about anyone, but merely that she would not love anyone. No, she wouldn't allow herself to love anyone. She cared about many others, though she wouldn't necessarily admit it- Mercury, Risk...and Dusk was one as well. Love, though, was too strong a word. She would use it not, and until she could, would never be with a stallion.
An ear hesitantly flickers forward as he leaves, but she says nothing. Only time would allow her to listen to her heart, to know if the thing others dubbed "love" was possible for her. She couldn't lead him on without knowing she loved him, so she had to turn him away. She pins her ears, pretending to glare at him with such hatred, though inside, she knows not of what she feels, other than confusion. She stands for only a moment longer before spinning and striding off, ears still pinned. She wanted time alone, perhaps to think, and nothing more. Her ears remain pinned as her shimmering white hide and fluttering dark mane disappear into the woods, black ears still pinned to her ashened skull.
