The entire concept of a "hate crime" is not an enigma; it is a paradigma.

An enigma is "a perplexing statement; riddle."

A paradigma is "a model for obscure language, designed as a technical way to avoid lying by telling what ought to be the plain truth in such a round about and obtuse way that the speaker can feel confident that the hearer will never understand what he said until it is too late. Example: a contract with the Devil."

The official CofC explanation for the nature of a shacking up ceremony is such a paradigma.

The idea of a "hate crime" is a paradigma, because nobody on earth or in heaven can thinks for one minute that a wrongdoer will deliberately do wrong to someone whom he respects, honors, and loves. The term "hate crime" as it is actually used in law really means (although the paradigma is used to conceal this meaning): "any crime committed, for whatsoever reason, against a person given de facto aristocratic or noble status under civil law."

The U.S. Constitution forbids the granting of titles of nobility, but the authors failed to realize that someone can make himself a de facto aristocrat by exempting himself, and/or his political friends, from the laws he or she enacts. In countries that have an active, rather than defunct, peerage, crimes against the aristocracy are punished much more severely than crimes committed against "common" persons. Hate crimes laws by their very language automatically exempt the subjects of the laws' language from ever being prosecuted for a similar offense against anyone not covered by the law, regardless of how violent their rage, or how meaningless the crime.

So the laws defining "hate crime," are paradigmatic, designed to hide the fact that law grants de facto elevation to the peerage, while, as a consequence, simultaneously relegates everyone else to peonage.

If I have a son who is homosexual, who is murdered by nonhomosexuals, hate crime laws apply.

If I have a son who is kidnapped, gagged, tied up, and raped to death by two homosexual "lovers," (as actually did happen in Arkansas about the same time as Matthew Sheperd's murder,) the act is not a hate crime carrying draconian penalties. Why? Because the victim, being heterosexual, is not a member of the peerage. He is a peon, and his death merely reduces the Dickensian problem of unemployment among the commoners. In such a case, no media coverage is necessary, and no consideration for the family is pondered. Another reason the situation is analogous is that the aristocrats are always outnumbered a hundred to one by the commoners that they oppress.

Another reason the crime in Arkansas went largely unreported is that the victim was 14, and it demonstrated too ominous a connection between homosexuality and pedophilia. But even though the victim was a minor, it still wasn't a "hate crime." The two guys "loved" him to death.

The geometric propagation of the paradigma is a classic sign that demonic forces have strong influence on goverment officials and on their campaign donors. One does not have to be possessed to "list to obey the evil spirit."
