And Danny DeVito is not going to be Miss America, either, regardless of whether he goes to a Community of Christ Sunday School, or not.

That is the Mormonism whispering in their ears, Lois. In the LDS church, every adult male is a member of the Melkizedek priesthood. The only members of the Aaronic priesthood available to be deacons are 14 years old. And the mothers whose sons have Down's Syndrome are resentful, because everybody else's kid is a priest, and theirs isn't. Maybe the "Keeping Up With the Jones'" thing is what precipitated this push to legitimatize homosexuality. I'll bet, though, that these resentful mothers didn't realize in advance that they'd end up in league with radicals demanding the age of consent be lowered to 14.

That's the problem, Lois. In order to equate homosexuality and gender-bending with the black civil rights movement, it was necessary to pretend certain boundaries are false that are not.

It is a very cruel torment to try to change reality by defiining it as social convention, and then teaching young, impressionable children the "new reality."

Drugs provide "new realities" also. One hardcore drug abuser, after smoking some hash, went and picked a fight outside a bar with three marines. After the marines tossed him in a ditch and walked away, leaving him with a broken leg, he yelled after them: "And don't ever come back, or you'll get some more of the same!" You see, the reality in his mind was that he had won the fight.

I think that the fact that many of our lawyers, bankers, politicians, clergy, and others are former radicals who used to employ recreational drugs. Now that they reformed (of necessity to obtain employment) they preach a gospel of "living in the mind," and think that every situation on earth, physiological, physical, geographic, gender-related, racial, and everything else, can simply be altered to the desired condition by brainwashing school children into believing it is so.

Don't hire one of these people for an electrician. If they decide that the current would flow from positive to negative, instead of negative to positive, the results could be disasterous. Ben Franklin hypothesized that electrical current flowed from positive to negative, but after experimenting, he discovered that sincerely believing something to be true isn't enough to make it happen. Fortunately for us, he lived.

After seventy years, Communist Russia fell, because seven decades of teaching school children that people would work for no pay, and that money could be created out of nothing eventually crashed. In 2008, the current editors of "Pravda" published an op-ed piece laughing at the U.S. electorate for electing a communist president -- when the Russians had learned by hard experience exactly what happens when you have a communist president.

Brainwashing screws up the washee, and screws up society. The benefits to the ones doing the brainwashing are minimal, but the washers are the only ones who benefit at all.

My experience in being brainwashed was at age three. My older sister and her friend told me that the rind was the best part of the watermelon. Making me believe it for 45 seconds did not make it true. However, what if the one who told me this was not my sister, and the thing that she told me tasted good was, in fact, poisonous?

That is what is happening in every Sunday School classroom of the Community of Christ. When these teachers get to Hell, they will find that the fallen angels are living in a penthouse, compared to their digs. And it really doesn't matter if I'm going to Hell myself or not. Even if they were to correctly identify my ultimate destination as Hell, that would not change the fact that they are certainly going there themselves, nor would it change the reason why they are going there.

Of course, if they can teach their charges that Hell doesn't exist, it won't. Right? Too bad the ancient Romans didn't figure this out. They could have taught their children that barbarian hordes don't exist, and we'd all be speaking Latin.
