John, anything printed in Doctrine and Covenants is scripture for the RLDS church. If the CofC wants to continue to pretend to be RLDS in spirit, as well as in name, it will have to treat Section 111 as equally binding as the first chapter of Paul's epistle to the Romans, which, itself, was "not a revelation."

God made a lot of things crystal clear many centuries ago, John. And the CofC has rejected out of hand some of the most important. I guess when the CofC has determined that the U.S. is no longer a "civilized country," it will feel comfortable with taking the section out.

What does the above line mean? It looks like a fragmentary paraphrase of something Lois wrote. It makes it hard to respond to you.

BTW, John, due to the powerful spiritual-warp created by you and others like you, I repent before God that I ever believed that the Doctrine and Covenants is scripture, or that it is on a par with the Bible. The reason I did and do so is that I have realized that the leaders of the church will make each section whatever they want it to be to get what they (not God) wants.
