If the whole idea of the Communitarian approach were to help homosexuals, rather than to destroy any semblance of orthodox Christianity in the U.S., the CofC would be going after search engines. After all, some search engines creates more "homophobes" in a single day than the whole of Christendom has created in 2,000 years. Why? Example: if a layman in the Episcopal Church of America is upset that the Bishop of that church is an avowed and bitter homosexual activist, the following happens -- He punches HOMOSEXUAL ORDINATION and SAME-SEX MARRIAGE into his search engine to find relevant material. The search list, of course, points him to homosexual ordination references. However, the idiot Google computer pops up scads of ads for homosexual one-night-stand "hook-up" sites, homosexual romance (read: sex) cruises, homosexual sex toys, and "gay porn" sites. After a few searches, the ads have the poor fellow unconsicously programed so as to immediately and automatically connect homosexual ordination and same sex marriage with Sodom and Gomorrah. That is just the sort of connection that Communitarian "denominational executives" try hard to disclaim.

But I never, never hear any complaints about specific search engines from any individual Communitarians of Christ, nor GALA, nor the corporation of the Community of Christ, nor anybody else. That prompts me to suppose that GALA hates orthodox Christianity for allegedly creating "homophobes." By the same token, I suppose that homosexual activists excuse search engines for creating homophobes, because search engine advertizing is necessary to help maintain the "Gay lifestyle." After all, without search engine ads, how could anybody find a "gay porn" site? Ask their pastor?

It's hypocrisy to claim that 2,000 years of Christian orthodoxy must be destroyed due to its occasional collateral damage of creating a homophobe or two, while completely ignoring internet advertising's activity in creating homophobes at a rate that should boggle the mind. After all, in spiritual matters, a mindless computer cannot teach gray. It can only insinuate black and white. But GALA and others will insist excusing Google is not hypocrisy. If they do, agree with them: it isn't hypocrisy -- the attack on Christianity with a simultaneous no-fly zone over search engines is a deliberately and consciously planned campaign. The Communitarian Church (or "Community of Christ") sees orthodox, historical Christianity as the enemy, not homophobes. After all, nobody likes a bigot, anyway, and if the CofC can manage to present orthodox Christianity as bigoted from the get-go, it can cut off the average American from Christianity.

Yeah, I know the ads can probably be deactivated. My Google engine doesn't seem to have this problem, but Google groups does.
