Joanne, I could accept what is going on for what it is, had not the First Presidency taken it upon itself to sneak around and authorize this stuff secretly. That was tantamount to admitting that it is wrong. That is why the current push to "legalize" it in the church through legitimate channels is, to me, a joke.

I have no problems with loving a child. I do have problems with what adults wish on that child.

Lois' problem is that it is impossible for an RLDS to "move on." Once taught that the RLDS church is the one true church, there is no place to go. If her condition is undesirable, then that is just one other sin to pile on the heap that the institutional church is sitting on and refusing to acknowledge.
