I wasn't aware of this page until now so this is why I took so mush time to answer.

Mister Davis bought a propeller from us through Ebay. Unfortunately, when M. Davis received his package, he claimed that he received an empty box. We always worked with Canada Post in the past years and we were always very satisfied with their service.
When I sended the package, the box weight 8.4 kg. I have a customer receipt in hand that proves it. After M. Davis called us the first time, I contacted Canada Post customer service.
They told me they look through this but that it would take some time because they wanted to investigate. Which they did but before Mister Davis had his refund, he was out of patience. It's true that this settlement took a lot of days but in the end, the customer was refund like I said he would when he called us. The propeller wasn't un-insured and Canada Post took responsibility. So on the 10 of november 2004, a payment with
Paypal of $270,00 was made to Jeffery Davis ( a transfer of $331,14 CDN was taken from our credit card since Canada Post refund the seller in this kind of settlement ).
Now, for someone that took so much trouble to tell how bad and unprofessionnal we were, he could at least write down that the settlement was taking care of and that he did received his money back. I�m sure that he is still mad at us and it�s true that the refund took a lot of days but our past history with Ebay has always been positive and sadly, this transaction was the worst we ever had and hopefully, it will be the last one. I believe M.Davis when he says that he received an empty box but not like us, he doesn�t have any background at all with Ebay to certified what kind of buyer/seller he is.
