I am searching for my dad!.......Can anyone help me?

My name is Christina Becker. I am 17 years old and I am trying to locate my dad. I have never met him but I would like to meet him very soon. I know very little about him but I am hoping that someone can help me locate him. Here is everything I know about him. My mother has not seen him in 18 years so some things may have changed.

Name....Kevin Wayne Zobel
Age.....37-45...I am not sure of his exact age.
Hair....Black
Height.. over 6.0 foot
Last Seen..........My mother met him in Bremerhaven,Germany. He left Bremerhaven, Germany in 1984 and my mom has not heard from him since. He was relocated to a army base somewhere in Texas, at least we think so. My mom's name is Annette Marie Becker. Before my dad left Bremerhaven, he gave my mother his DOG TAGS. We are trying to find them at this time. We are not sure where she put them.

I would really appreciate a response from anyone who thinks they might know who my dad is. I am desperate, I want to meet my dad. I am interested in knowing if I have any brothers or sisters. PLEASE, let me know if you have any info on this man. THANK YOU.
