Where do I get the info about my Grandfathers' service during World War 2?

One Marion R. Hoke served in the European Theater Army, Sgt I believe, Signal Corps, I think 392nd artillery or something with the 99th Infantry.

Not sure on that.

And my other Grandfather was Milton Jacobs in the Navy on a troop ship, Seaman First class I think.

How do I find information about them?
