Hmmmm....sounds like someone in the highest tax bracket might be protecting their economic interests. :>)

At least the "progressive taxes are evil" position is a logical, if self serving, one for a high income earner to take.

On the other hand, as has been widely quoted and is undeniably economically true, "A guy earning $40,000 a year voting Republican is like a chicken voting for Colonel Sanders".

I'll get dinged a little, but, I figure the uninsured cancer patient or undernourished poor infant can use that few thousand bucks more than I can.....but, that's me.

This is more fun than discussing the prospects for the upcoming season. :>)
