She said the tt's are first come, first serve whenever they get posted. To let people claim them beforehand makes it a mess, and isn't fair to everyone. Allowing even one person to do so would make it so that she would have to allow everyone the same opportunity, which would most likely result in more arguments. And so, to make it much more easier to figure out, the tt's are first come, first serve when posted. The stallions need only to be on their toes, watching for an open tt.
As for getting the password, she's decided not to do it that way. Rather, she changes them herself. That's why I, and at least one other person, are making pages ourselves, so that we do not need to hassle her about new additions to herds and such (the one I made for Blue Lake is here, but hasn't been added yet: http://www.ivycreekcare.homestead.com/bluelake.html ) You might wanna do the same, should you win a tt.
