She dropped down next to her head and slowly ran her hand down the mare's muzzle. Saying that she wouldn't hurt her she moved slowly down the mare's stomach and gave it a gentle push. Watching the mare she timed the contractions. Not far apart she knew that something was wrong with the foal. She moved to the side of her hindquarters and looked inside of her. Seeing what the problem was she slowly reached in and untrapped the leg. She looked at the mare and waited to see what would happen.
