Last fall, Entertainment Tonight interviewed Gillian on the set of "Millenium" and they showed that clip. That scene was from season 2, so it was a little confusing for them to include that clip. ;-)

It looks like it might be an outtake from the end of "End Game," when Scully waits patiently by Mulder's bedside for him to wake up. The smile on her face when Sleeping Beauty, I mean Mulder, wakes up is too sweet. :-)
