but wasn't there a part where she asked Colleen to "heal" Daniel? That seemed very Melissalike, not Scully. Muylder would have been surprised to see that. Why does Scully suddenly go tha route? She never did anything like that any of the times Mulder was dying.

Ans also part of it again is just that I know so much of the stuff in this ep was GA's own personal beliefs. So it may have detracted from things a bit. (Kind of like DD putting his wife in an episode ;-) ). But many more scenes made up for it. As I said, I thought the Mulder phone calls were really good.
