Hello - all of you. Are there no other Season 8 BBC watchers out there? I am sorry if you've been waiting on me. Lots of things to do, so little time to do them in. OK, we're going back a few weeks:

This was my favourite performance by Robert Patrick up to that point. He was dynamic and quite intuitive ( to say he isn't Mulder!) But he's not buying those XF explanations is he? He's determined not to be led down that road and he keeps on drawing attention to the ludicrousness of suggestions like "justice beyond the grave". He said if something was being labelled supernatural, it was 'lazy'.

Which previous episode did this remind me of? It had a watered down feeling of 'Closure' in parts, but as we weren't invested in that family's loss, we couldn't really feel that strongly about them losing him. Was anyone else surprised how *not* upset Scully was - this being all about lost children and her being pregnant and presumably anxious?

This was John Doggett's big start for me. I hoped from here on in, he was going to get bigger and better. (Not necessarily how it has turned out.) There was the Photo of Child in Doggett's Wallet moment too. Not explained... I'm waiting for more on that.
