I thought it was too GA influenced. Sure she wrote it and that's understandable but didn't it seem to stray too far from Scully's beliefs? Suddenly she goes from being a reaffirmed Catholic to following Buddhist teachings and accepting this woman's help in healing Daniel. It was a very abrupt change and didn't really make sense. Maybe someone else can make it fit though and I just missed the point. But I know this is one of the big criticisms of the episode.

CVL, Rab-id and I talked about the sleeping arrangements in the ep a bit up above. I can certainly see how there is some doubt on that but I think in the end that they did sleep together. Previously I had much stronger doubts but episodes after this one help give more creedence to a 'yes' vote. Of course its left up in the air on purpose by CC who likes to keep us guessing!
